We connect to Avery Berkel Xtra scales XM, XT, XTi and XTs. 

The laptop or PC has to be Windows 10 or 11. It needs the following specifications: 8GB of RAM, Quad Core Processor and at least a 500GB SSD Hard Drive. We can also advise what to buy or supply you with a mini PC.

If you have more than one shop we are more than capable of helping you with this setup. All of the scales need to be connected to your broadband and with the help of your IT company or ISP, we can get them linked back to a central PC with Dimension on it. You will then be able to send and receive data from those sites.

 We think so and so do all of our customers. If you are producing invoices from a carbonated book but weighing and labelling your products on an Avery Berkel Scale, we can get rid of the carbonated book. You just weigh and label your products as normal but at the end add it to your customers account, and then Dimension Pro will produce an Invoice at the agreed prices. We can also export invoices to Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.

Yes we have a unique recipe builder that makes ingredient building easier. If you had chicken wings, thighs and breasts in the same marinade, you could make a recipe and assign it to all of those products. Also if the marinade ingredients change it would apply it of all of those products. It will also automatically bold any allergens as well. 

Yes it can. You can manage orders via a WooCommerce website, directly input the order into Dimension Pro or you can use our app ToGo.  You can then forecast stock based on orders that you have received. 

Yes it can. Within Dimension Pro we have lots or reports for sales figures that are useful to retail and wholesale businesses. You can see: items sold, number of customers, sales achieved, group totals, department totals, GPM and more.  Dimension can also email your end of  day takings directly to you.

Yes we can. Customers can place orders on our app OrderIQ which then get imported into Dimension Pro. We also work with a number of of other procurement programs. We have partnered up with Fresho to manage and receive orders.
