5th install of the week Pure Gourmet Dewsbury, west Yorkshire, Ebrahim required full traceability from goods inwards to despatch label. Using Dimension Pro and the @averyberkel XTi100 30kg system labelling scale, they now produce a UK128 trace barcode on goods inwards with full trace attributes such as lot not number and kill date, this is applied to the pallet of Beef or Chicken, once cut and packed ready for despatch, the barcode is scanned and the trace details are applied to the despatch label and the Dimension Pro invoice. #traceabilitysolutions #simples #cateringbutchers #provenance #tracebilitysoftware

Wishing Carl and his team #leppardsbutchers on todays opening of his butchery counter within #stavertonnursery garden centre, halland east sussex. C L leppards have 3 other sites in Heathfield, Mayfield, and Crowborough, all of which use #averyberkel XTi420 system scales. The sites are controlled by Dimension Pro, which allows Carl to float between his shops, updating products and prices at a moments notice. Dimension Pro also runs Carl's wholesale business, which reduces his staffing costs by taking care of the order and invoicing processes.

Two completed and happy customers today!
1. New installation of #averyberkel XTi420 system scales at Henwens Butchers and Delicatessen, London SE23 by our engineer Luke, Charlie and Sweyne will be opening there doors next week knowing they have the right equipment to serve and produce high impact labels which cover both the #natashalaw and #quids %.
2. Follow up on a existing customer @jkempbutchers2013 we serviced and calibrated his XTi420 system scale, updated his Symeyo printed counter tickets to electronic price signs #esls for real-time product updates and refreshed his training on Dimension Pro so he can get the most from his investment!
Both customers are using Dimension Pro software, which enables them to work from home or at the shop, which allows them to update at a moments notice and react to market trends quickly.
